Nancy Glynn is a seasoned communications leader with a commitment to authentic narratives that build trust, drive engagement, and advance business goals. They served as the Global Head of Organizational Effectiveness at Citi from 2022 to 2024, leading communications, culture, and engagement efforts. Prior to that, Nancy held various roles in communications at Merrill Lynch, including Director of Communications in the Corporate Technology and Office of the General Counsel divisions, as well as the Vice President of Internal Communications for Global Markets & Investment Banking. They are currently pursuing a BA in Mass Communications at Iona College.
