Navin Tiwari

Navin Tiwari is an AVP in Global Internal Audit Talent Acquisition at Citi, where they are part of the Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition team. Previously, Navin held various roles, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services and Supervising Associate at EY. They began their career with a Summer Internship at Mahindra Logistics, where they designed a Recruitment Manual and sourced candidates for key positions. Educated at institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Navin holds multiple degrees in management and human resources. An avid adventurer, Navin is also an ultra cyclist, marathoner, and trekker.
