Nehla Sadaf Azmi

Nehla Sadaf Azmi is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition Group at Infosys since February 2022, Nehla is responsible for talent strategy, fulfillment, and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition for Tata Consultancy Services from May 2015 to January 2022 across 11 countries and overseeing the North India operations from November 2007 to March 2015. Nehla's career began at Wipro BPO as a Deputy Manager in Strategic Sourcing, followed by a consultancy role at Hughes Software Systems. Nehla holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, both from Jamia Millia Islamia.
