Nick Joseph is the Global Head of Real Estate Research and leads the US Real Estate and Lodging Research Team. They have extensive experience as a Senior Equity Research Analyst in the financial services industry, specializing in valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis. Nick was recognized as a "Rising Star of Wall Street Research" in 2015 by Institutional Investor magazine. They hold an MBA focused on Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Currently, Nick serves as an Advisory Board Member at the White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate.
