Om Barlinge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and oversight within the banking sector. Currently serving as Director of Operational Risk for Citi, focusing on the US Retail Bank and Retail Payments, Barlinge has also held the position of Consent Order Execution Leader and Director of Sales Practices within the Consumer Bank. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operational Risk Management at both Synchrony Financial and Citigroup, as well as Audit Manager, Vice President of Credit Risk Management, and Software Developer at Citigroup. Barlinge holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
