Paul Stefens

Paul Stefens is a Director of Capital Planning at Citi, where they lead transformative technology initiatives that enhance business processes for over 300 personnel. With more than 10 years of experience in business process automation across firms like Deloitte, JPMorgan, and Citi, Paul has achieved significant user growth and implemented innovative KPI monitoring systems. They hold an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Previously, Paul served as a U.S. Army Officer and was an NCAA Division I athlete.
