Randy Simon

Randy Simon currently serves as the Director of Capital Planning and Space Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Randy held several key roles in facilities planning and operations at Emory University from January 2015 to October 2023, including Director of Facilities Planning and Operations and Director of Planning, Design and Construction. Prior experience includes serving as Project Executive at HJ Russell Company from March 2013 to January 2015, Director of Facilities Planning at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia from July 2010 to January 2013, and Associate - Project Manager at Rosser International, Inc. from January 2006 to July 2010. Randy Simon holds a Juris Master from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tuskegee University.
