Pranit Lad

Pranit Lad is an experienced professional specializing in quality assurance and testing management. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Quality Assurance Manager at Citi since June 2021, Pranit is responsible for establishing and managing both manual and automated testing teams, defining testing scope, creating test plans, and ensuring the quality of release changes. Previously, Pranit worked at Cognizant as a Reconciliation Subject Matter Expert and Test Lead from January 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included developing reconciliation jobs, implementing project plans, and providing technical leadership. Pranit's earlier experience at Wipro Technologies (October 2011 - December 2017) as a Test Lead and Software Test Engineer involved devising testing strategies, managing test execution, and developing automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Pranit holds a Master of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
