Prashant Sharma is a seasoned executive in the rewards products and loyalty programs sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Citi since September 2025. Prior to this role, Prashant held significant positions including Vice President and Head of Loyalty, Credit Cards & Partnerships at Delta Air Lines, where leadership was demonstrated in the award-winning SkyMiles loyalty program. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Vice President at CIBC, overseeing one of Canada's leading credit card businesses, and being a board member for both Virgin Red and The Learning Partnership. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
