Rachael Forker is a Senior Vice President of Leadership and Culture at Citi, where they focus on cultural transformation and engagement initiatives. With over a decade of experience in urban education, Rachael has held various impactful roles, including Vice President at Citi and City Director for Lemonade Day in Washington DC from 2016 to 2019.
