Rachel Lin

Rachel Lin is currently the AVP of Commercial Cards at Citi, where they focus on travel partnerships and payment solutions for travel partners. They previously held the position of Manager, Commercial Cards, where they acquired new Travel Management Companies and managed existing travel portfolios, even stepping into a seconded role to enhance consumer card acquisition during the pandemic. Before joining Citi, Rachel was an Account Manager at First Data Corporation, responsible for onboarding new merchants and portfolio management. Additionally, they worked at Groupon, serving first as a Partner Support Executive and then as a Partner Manager, where they built relationships and managed portfolio activities in the Business Development sector. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Computing (Hons) in E-Commerce from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Business Informatics with Merit from Nanyang Polytechnic.
