Rafael Soeda

Rafael Soeda is the Global Chief Operating Officer for Services at Citi. They previously held key positions including Managing Director across various sectors in Citi, where they led M&A transactions and corporate strategy. Rafael began their career as a trader at AFP Megafondo in Peru and later served as the Head of the Investment Department at Condor Insurance Company. With significant experience in distressed debt, restructurings, and investment opportunities in emerging markets, they have a BA in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
