Ragini Aiyer has extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, with significant roles across various prestigious firms. Beginning as an Associate at Vaish Associates from 2005 to 2006, Ragini worked on Mergers & Acquisitions and private equity investments. Following this, Ragini joined Clifford Chance LLP in London, contributing to the establishment of a dedicated India desk in Singapore. From 2009 to 2017, Ragini served as a Capital Markets Attorney at Khaitan & Co, advising clients on securities law matters.
