Randy Welte

Randy Welte is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience as a CFO, currently serving as Director at Citigroup since 2019. They lead operations expense strategies for Branded Cards, Retail Bank, and Mortgage business units, driving significant annual productivity initiatives. Previously, Randy managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios at Citi, overseeing GAAP and non-GAAP P&Ls while collaborating closely with key clients and stakeholders to enhance profitability. They hold both an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a BS in Finance from Sacramento State College of Business Administration.
