Rhishi Joshi

Rhishi Joshi is an experienced technology leader with a background in software engineering and management, currently serving as Managing Director at Citi Retail Services Tech since September 2025. Previously, Joshi held a Managing Vice President role at Capital One, overseeing credit card technology and innovation from March 2024 to September 2025. Prior to that, Joshi was a Vice President of Technology at Amazon, responsible for global talent management and compensation. Joshi's extensive career includes significant roles at Capital One and Texas Instruments, leading large teams and pioneering advancements in software systems for automotive, mobile, and consumer devices. Joshi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where Joshi graduated first in class.
