Richard Rouse

Richard Rouse is a Software Development Team Lead at Citi, where they manage an international team of 14 developers focused on mission-critical microservices and shared libraries. Previously, Richard served as a Software Engineer, developing full-stack solutions and improving code libraries for widespread use within Citi. They began their career in engineering roles at Cameron and Baker Hughes, where they gained experience in operations and project management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
