Ridhima Batra possesses a diverse background in business analysis and project management, with a career spanning roles in notable organizations such as Wipro Limited, Citi, Synechron, and Indus Towers Limited. Beginning as a Marketing Intern at Triveni Sarees & Ethnics and later Medwiser, Ridhima transitioned into an Associate Consultant role at Infosys, where expertise in client engagement and requirement translation was developed. Subsequent roles included Business Analyst at Indus Towers Limited, focusing on strategy planning and performance monitoring, and Product Manager at Synechron, which preceded the current position as Assistant Vice President - Senior Business Analyst at Citi. Ridhima holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Panjab University and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
