Sahil Sagar

Sahil Sagar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering, architecture, and AI initiatives across major corporations. At Citi from October 2022 to June 2025, Sahil held multiple leadership roles including Global Head of AI and Operational Platforms for the Services Business, driving enhancements in service delivery and operational efficiency. Previously, Sahil served as Managing Director for Engineering and Architecture, overseeing horizontal technology initiatives. Prior to Citi, Sahil worked at Amazon Web Services, leading Resilient Engineering & Architecture and head of Worldwide Solutions Architecture for industrial verticals, and at Capital One as Senior Director of Data Engineering. Earlier roles include VP and Chief Information Officer at Aditi Technologies and various technology leadership positions. Sahil has completed an Executive Education program in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and is set to complete the Advance Management Program in November 2024.
