Sally Clark

Sally Clark is a seasoned financial industry professional with over three decades of experience in auditing, risk assessment, and compliance. Currently serving as the Chair of the Audit Committee at Citigroup Global Markets Ltd and as a Non-Executive Director at AIB (GB) and Kore, Sally also advises and coaches executives through Frattina Services. Previously, they held prominent roles, including Chief Administrative Officer of Barclays Internal Audit and Head of IB Audit at JP Morgan. Passionate about leadership and collaboration, Sally excels in building strong relationships across various sectors while broadening their professional network. They hold an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the University of Strathclyde.
