Sandra Peterson

Sandra Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise excellence and client delivery. They currently serve as the Global Head of Enterprise Operational Excellence at Citi, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Global Head of Client Experience at Citi from 2013 to 2021. Sandra’s career also includes roles at JPMorgan Chase as Senior Vice President of Business Development and at HSBC as SVP and Client Delivery Head for North America and Latin America. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University.
