Sandra Pong

Sandra Pong is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in equity derivatives and middle office operations. Sandra began her career as a Middle Office Intern at Commerzbank AG, followed by a role as a Middle Office Analyst at Natixis. Since October 2021, Sandra has been with Citi, progressing through various positions, including First Line Client Specialist and Equity Derivatives Sales, before becoming the Equity Derivatives Middle Office Senior Manager. In this leadership role, Sandra oversees trade capture management, reconciliation, and operational risk while implementing business initiatives to enhance client services and drive process improvements. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
