Sara Arbelaez

Sara Arbelaez is an experienced Learning & Development professional currently serving as SVP, Global Learning Advisor at Citi, where they lead talent needs identification and deliver comprehensive learning strategies for over 7,000 employees. Previously, they held the title of VP, Learning Business Partner at Credit Suisse, and have contributed to various organizations including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and CEB.
