Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen is a Digital Transformation and Strategy Leader with over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations. Currently, they serve as SVP of Strategy & Operations at Citi, managing global programs focused on product launches, process enhancements, and client experience improvements. Previously, Chen held positions at UBS as Director of Digital Strategy & Platforms and at PwC in advisory roles, leading transformation projects across investment banking and wealth management. Chen is pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan and holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Economics from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
