Sarinya K. is currently the Human Resources Director at The One Enterprise PLC and holds the role of EVP Human Resources and Corporate Services at HENG Leasing Co., Ltd. They have extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Manager at Greenpeace Southeast Asia and as a Senior Manager of Human Capital at Plan B Media Company Limited. Sarinya also worked as a Learning and Training Manager at Nestlé and has held several positions in various organizations, including HR Specialist at Thai Beverage PLC and Manager of Learning and Development at Mölnlycke. They earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) in 2005.
