Scott Madsen is a dynamic and results-oriented global manager with over 15 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Real Estate, and Securitization Risk Management. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Citi, Scott has a proven track record in portfolio oversight, concentration risk analysis, climate risk management, and stress testing. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at Citi, including SVP and VP, where they enhanced reporting processes, improved data quality, and developed comprehensive stress testing programs. Scott co-founded Exascale Research, Inc. in 2007 and managed its operations until 2008. Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
