Shraddha Tyagi

Shraddha Tyagi is currently the VP of US Personal Banking and Lending Analytics Lead at Citi, where they develop marketing strategies for credit cards and deposit products. They previously held various senior positions at Citizens Financial Group, managing credit risk and analytics for multiple lending sectors. Earlier in their career, Shraddha served as a Senior Consultant at GENPACT LLC, where they led teams and managed critical projects in direct marketing and campaign management. Shraddha also has experience as a lecturer at the College of Business Studies, Delhi University, and holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from Delhi University.
