Sue Liao

Sue Liao currently serves as the Head of Data and Analytics for Operational Risk at Citi, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sue was the Head of Data Solutions UK for Capital Markets Technology at the London Stock Exchange Group from September 2010 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Operations Manager at Milkround Online, part of News Corp, from January 2007 to August 2010, and as IT Manager at Saville & Co. Scrivener Notaries from June 2003 to December 2006. Sue Liao holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from London South Bank University, obtained in July 2002.
