Tabatha Dutra

Tabatha Dutra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent management. Since April 2011, Tabatha has held the role of SVP - Global DEI & Talent Management Strategic Advisor at Citi, where Tabatha also serves as the Talent, Development and Performance Head for Latin America. Prior to Citi, Tabatha worked at everis as a Talent Management Manager and Change Management Manager from January 2004 to March 2011, and at Accenture as a Change Management Consultant from November 2000 to December 2003. Tabatha's academic credentials include an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and additional education from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
