Talya Henderson-Cooper

Talya Henderson-Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO and Director at Citi since June 2018, Talya has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President and a position within the Global HR Chief Administrative Office. Talya began their career at Red Bull Distribution Company and Whalerock Industries as a Human Resources Intern, gaining foundational skills in HR management. Additionally, Talya has a unique background as a Professional Aerialist and Coach with Le PeTiTe CIRqUe from 2010 to 2015. Talya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Lehigh University.
