Tawanda Williams

Tawanda Williams is the VP Lending Marketing Strategy Lead at Citi, where they are responsible for shaping the product marketing roadmap and driving initiatives to enhance customer experience. Previously, Tawanda served as a Marketing Manager at JP Morgan Chase from 2007 to 2019, where they led various projects involving cross-functional teams. They also held the position of VP Field Marketing Strategy Manager at TD from 2020 to 2021, managing local marketing communications strategies. Tawanda has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Rosemont College and is currently pursuing their degree.
