Tomas Bicak is the Head of Treasury and Trade Services Technology for the Western Europe cluster at Citi, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at Canada Life from 2005 to 2010 and later worked at Citi as a Business Analyst from 2010 to 2012, as well as in various technical roles. Tomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Dublin City University and two Master's degrees, one in Business/Managerial Economics and another in English and German Philology. Prior to their corporate career, Tomas worked as a Translator and Interpreter and taught English at the Technical University of Kosice.
