Tomasz Drapinski

Tomasz Drapinski is the Director of TTS Client Operations at Citi Service Center Poland and the Global Sanctions Processing Head at Citi. They have continuously evolved their role within Treasury and Trade Solutions Client Operations, overseeing a large team and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across the EMEA region. With a strong foundation in management, Tomasz previously served as a Branch Operations Manager and held various leadership positions at Citigroup, where they managed significant operational teams and led key projects during major organizational transitions. They hold an MSc in Recreation and an MBA in Management from the University of Gdansk.
