Trudian Trail-Constant

Trudian Trail-Constant is a seasoned professional in learning design and development with extensive experience in educational technology. Currently serving as Vice President at Citi since November 2022, Trudian is responsible for promoting learning governance and process management, collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and resource consistency. Previously, Trudian worked at the University of Central Florida from August 2018 to November 2022, where roles included Program Coordinator for Faculty Development, leading initiatives to improve faculty training, and Associate Instructional Designer, focusing on online course quality. Trudian’s earlier experience includes instructional multimedia development at the University of South Florida and a graduate assistant position at the University of Georgia, alongside an internship at Cannon Financial Institute. Trudian holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bethune-Cookman University.
