Tyrone Jones

Tyrone Jones is an experienced information security professional with a career spanning over a decade in various technical and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Info Sec Tech Lead Analyst and Blackduck CVM Lead at Citi since February 2016, Tyrone is responsible for driving initiatives to prevent and respond to cyber threats in alignment with the company's data security policy. Prior to this, Tyrone held positions such as Vice President and AVP Technology Information Security Officer, where responsibilities included application risk assessments and security guidance. Tyrone's earlier experience includes roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and several positions in the U.S. Army and its National Guard, focusing on IT security, project management, and system administration. Tyrone holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Networking from Hodges University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
