Vanessa Afanador

Vanessa Afanador is a financial analyst currently working with Citi on the Treasury - NTMR Transformation Team, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles within UMass Dance Marathon, serving as Vice President of Morale and Director of Morale, where Vanessa choreographed dances and fostered enthusiasm among participants. Vanessa also contributed to the organization's corporate sponsorship efforts and held the position of Social Media/PR Chair for Alpha Epsilon Phi, managing social media content creation. Earlier roles included teaching assistance at the Isenberg School of Management, a student marketing consultant position at Lowe's, and experience as a sales intern at Gallagher. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, along with accolades from the Commonwealth Honors College.
