Vilas Chandra has over 10 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, team management, and strategic quality planning. They began their career as a Risk Officer at Alpha Insurance Company Ltd. and later served as a Senior Recruitment Officer at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. Currently, Vilas works as a Team Manager in Customer Service at Citibank Pakistan, where they manage a call center team, oversee process development, and ensure high service quality. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Government College of Commerce & Economics, completed in 2002.
