Vishal Chug is a PMP®-certified operations leader with over 18 years of experience in the security services and custody business. With expertise in reference data management, portfolio compliance, and OTC operations, they have held significant roles, including Senior Operation Manager at Infosys BPM from 2006 to 2021, and currently serve as Vice President at Citi, overseeing OTC confirmation and settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. Vishal also actively manages projects that leverage Lean practices and automation to drive operational excellence. They hold a Master's degree in Science (M.Sc) and a Bachelor's degree in Science, both in Physics, from Dunger College (University of Bikaner).
