Wajida Kapse

Wajida Kapse is the Global Head of HR Enterprise Risk Management at Citi, where they have held various leadership roles since 2014, including positions as the EMEA Regional Process Lead and APAC Head of HR Risk & Controls. Prior to Citi, Wajida contributed as the Risk Compliance Head at NCO Group and managed Technology Compliance at Tata Consultancy Services. They earned a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Thakur College of Science & Commerce, respectively. Wajida also holds a Software Engineering Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology and a Change Management & Agility certificate from UC Berkeley Extension.
