Wayne Pirtle

Wayne Pirtle is a seasoned leader in data center design and operations, currently serving as the VP - Data Center Critical Systems Engineer at Citi since 2024. Previously, Wayne held various leadership roles, including Director of Enterprise Information Services and Director of the Arlington Regional Data Center Facility at the University of Texas at Arlington, where significant projects such as multi-million dollar electrical service installations and PeopleSoft system enhancements were executed. Wayne also served as Data Center Senior Facility Manager at Experian, overseeing the operations of two large data centers. With a strong educational foundation in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a pre-engineering degree from Tyler Junior College, Wayne continues to excel in the field.
