Yara Saad

Yara Saad currently serves as the Global Head HR and Managing Director for the Global Consumer Bank at Citigroup, a role held since August 2019. Previously, Yara spent nearly two decades at IBM, where responsibilities included Vice President roles for HR in Executive Succession and Development, Global Technology Infrastructure Services Delivery, and Global Software Sales. Yara's work at IBM encompassed leading HR strategies for large teams, reskilling initiatives, and supporting revenue-generating sales organizations. Earlier in Yara’s career, positions at IBM included Director roles in HR for Research and Global Services. Yara began professional career as a Compensation Professional at Johnson & Johnson. Yara holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Rutgers Business School.
