Yuriy Tsarevskiy

Yuriy Tsarevskiy, CFA, serves as Director and head of Investments, Balance Sheet, and Public Sector for Liquidity Management Services at Citi, a position held since July 2004. In this role, Yuriy leads a team focused on various aspects of liquidity and investments, including the New York Liquidity & Investments Desk and public sector collateral management. Prior to this, Yuriy held several positions at Citi, including Vice President of Liquidity Management Services and Portfolio Manager for Securities Finance Cash Investment. Yuriy began a career in finance as an Analyst in Liquidity & Investments and has also worked as a Staff Accountant at Shoretz & Company CPAs. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance and CPA Accounting from New York University.
