Yuzuru Inoue

Yuzuru Inoue is an accomplished professional in the fields of corporate finance and investment banking, currently serving as Director and Head of Corporate Finance & Strategies at Citi from February 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities include leading the Transaction Structuring Group. Prior to this, Yuzuru held the position of Partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune from August 2017 to January 2021, gaining extensive experience in international and domestic transactions, particularly in corporate finance and M&A. A background in legal counsel includes roles at Nomura and Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on capital markets and international corporate transactions.
