Adam Nason is an experienced leader in customer experience and performance improvement, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at CitiPower and Powercor since August 2014. In this role, Adam leads a team focused on executing the 2020-2026 Customer Strategy while enhancing customer insights and project delivery. Prior experience includes managing over 100 team members in customer connections and requests, as well as spearheading performance improvement initiatives within the WorldCLASS program. Adam's earlier career includes significant roles at EY, where expertise in business improvement and customer advisory practices was developed. This background is supported by advanced education from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Melbourne Business School, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Deakin University.
