Liliose Nyinawinkindi

Liliose Nyinawinkindi currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Equity Bank Rwanda, where responsibilities include developing and implementing customer-first strategies and optimizing service journeys. In addition, Liliose holds the position of Secretary for the Kigali City Council, facilitating governance and strategic collaboration in urban development. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Customer Experience and Service Distribution at Irembo, and several management positions at KCB Bank Rwanda Ltd and Golden Tulip La Palisse Kigali Hotel, alongside a decade-long tenure at CarMax. Liliose holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing Management from Saint Peter's University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
