Fiona Truelove

Fiona Truelove is a seasoned IT and procurement professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of IT Performance at CitiPower and Powercor since August 2014, responsibilities include commercial and supplier management, change management, portfolio management, performance reporting, and financial oversight. Prior to this, Fiona held various roles at ANZ, including Manager of Systems & Process Optimisation and Head of Sourcing in India, where Fiona significantly improved procurement processes and managed contracts. Fiona's earlier career includes positions at American Express, Optus, IBM, and Telstra, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing and category management. Academic credentials include an MCIPS in Procurement and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Australian National University, alongside further education at Melbourne Business School.
