Client Relations

The Client Relations team at CITIZ3N is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders. They ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of CITIZ3N’s solutions, address client concerns, and work to improve client satisfaction and retention. Through strategic communication and dedicated client service, the team contributes to the successful deployment and operation of ACA Marketplaces, Medicaid, HHS, and other government health benefits programs.
