Kylynn Grier, MSW, currently serves as the Statewide Organizing Director at Citizen Action of New York, overseeing a large department and managing staff across various regions while leading project planning and strategy development. Previous experience includes co-founding the Poughkeepsie Children’s Cabinet, where efforts focused on collective impact agendas for youth and families, and working as a Special Projects Associate for Communities United for Police Reform. Kylynn also contributed as the Policy Manager at Girls for Gender Equity, advocating for policy changes affecting underrepresented communities. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Women & Gender Studies from Simmons University.
