Caron Quinn

Caron Quinn serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Govan Housing Group since September 2023, leading the organization that includes Govan Housing Association, the Govan HOME Team, and the Water Row Company. Additionally, Caron is a Board Member of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and MELVILLE HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED, and Chair of the Board of Directors at Citizens Advice Scotland. Previously, Caron held the role of Director of Corporate Services/Deputy CEO and Company Secretary at GOVAN HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED until September 2023. As the Managing Director of Quinn Internal Audit Services Ltd from April 2015 to November 2018, Caron provided specialized internal audit and business support services to the social housing and charity sectors in Scotland. Career highlights also include various positions at TIAA Ltd and Alliance Trust, as well as a foundational role as a Senior Internal Auditor at Chiene + Tait. Caron holds an Accountancy Degree from TAFE NSW.
