Caroline Marrows is an experienced and multi-disciplinary communications leader currently serving as the Head of News at Citizens Advice, where they manage an award-winning PR and stories team focused on amplifying evidence-led policy and advocacy research. Previously, they led brand communications for The Economist and held various roles in media relations and public affairs, including at Brain Tumour Research and Home Retail Group. Caroline holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
