Dave White

Dave White is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at Citizens Advice, contributing to initiatives aimed at creating a fairer society. As the Head of Asset Management at HS2 Ltd, they are responsible for developing the Unified Target Operating Model to enhance operations and customer experience across railway systems. Previously, Dave served in various leadership roles, including Head of Asset Management and Route Engineering at HS1 and Head of Signalling and Telecoms at Carillion. They hold an MBA from The Open University and a Master of Science in Railway System Integration and Engineering from The University of Birmingham.
